efund Policy

Returns within 14 days
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Hygiene and safety
For hygiene reasons, opened or used felt pens and colouring pencils cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

How to request a return
Contact us on WhatsApp at [numéro] or by email at french1stationery.eg@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange the pickup of the product.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free if the product is defective or incorrect. For other returns, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund will be processed within [7] business days, by bank transfer or mobile wallet (instapay).
