Delivery areas
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

Order confirmation
After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address. Your order is shipped once confirmed.

Delivery times

• Cairo & Giza: 2 to 4 business days
• Alexandria & Delta: 3 to 5 business days
• Upper Egypt & remote areas: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or busy periods.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery is available on orders above [montant] EGP.

Payment

Refused deliveries
